Your tools finally pass information to each other without you in the middle.
API integration links your booking, accounting, CRM and website so information enters once and appears everywhere it is needed. We read the documentation, test against sandbox copies, then build connections that log every transfer and tell you when one fails.

PROBLEMS WE SOLVE OFTEN
What owners tell us before their first API integration
Disconnected software shows up as wasted evenings and awkward customer calls. These are the situations that bring people to us, and the way we deal with each.
01
“We type the same order into several different systems every day.”
WHAT WE DOWe map which details live in which tool, agree on a single source for each, then build a sync that creates or updates records in the other systems and flags any mismatch for a person to review.WHAT CHANGESInformation is typed once at the source, and evenings spent on copying come back to you.
02
“The vendor says there is an API, but nobody here knows what that means.”
WHAT WE DOWe read the documentation, make test calls against a sandbox copy and report back in plain language: what the API can and cannot do for you, what it needs from your side and what a link would involve.WHAT CHANGESYou decide with facts in hand instead of paying for a feature nobody can explain.
03
“When one tool changes, our connections break and nobody notices for days.”
WHAT WE DOEach link writes a log of every transfer, retries failed ones automatically, keeps changes behind versions we can roll back, and sends an alert to a named person when something stays broken.WHAT CHANGESA broken link becomes a notification, not a surprise, and the log shows what was missed.
04
“Partners ask to plug into our system and we have no safe way.”
WHAT WE DOWe design an API for your own software: keys limited to specific data, rate limits, a sandbox for partners to practise in, a documentation page, and version numbers so later changes do not break their code.WHAT CHANGESPartners get a proper front door, and you decide who comes in and what they can touch.
WHY IT MATTERS
Your software should talk without you in between.
An API is simply a doorway that lets one program ask another for information or hand it a task. Most modern booking, accounting, payment and e-commerce tools offer one. When nobody uses it, a person becomes the connection, exporting a file from one system and importing it into another. That works until the volume grows, someone is away or a column moves.
Integration work is mostly careful reading and testing. We study each tool's documentation, try real calls in a sandbox, decide what should flow in which direction and what happens when something fails. We can also build an API for your own system, so a supplier, an app or a partner can connect with limited, trackable access.
SIGNS IT'S TIME FOR HELP
Someone exports a file and imports it elsewhere daily
Orders or bookings are entered in more than one place
A tool offers an API but nobody uses it
BENEFITS
Benefits of API integration for a busy small business
How things look once the marketing is done right.
✓01
Typed once, used everywhere
Customer and order details entered at the source flow to every system that needs them, which removes duplicate typing and the slips that come with it.
✓02
Current numbers, not last week's
Reports draw on live connections rather than exported files, so the figures you see when you decide are the figures the business holds today.
✓03
Freedom to change tools
When systems talk through standard connections, swapping one product for another later is a smaller job, because your data and processes are not trapped inside it.
✓04
Controlled access for partners
Suppliers, apps and customers connect through keys you can limit, monitor and revoke, instead of receiving shared logins or spreadsheets by email.

Use an API integration for connections that must be exact, such as syncing orders, payments and invoices, because each record has to arrive the same way every time. An AI agent can sit on top, reading a free-text email and choosing which connected tool to use, but it still relies on those solid links underneath. We keep the plumbing as fixed, tested code and add an agent only for messy input.
The price depends on how well documented each system is, how much data moves and how many exceptions the connection must handle. A plain link between two popular tools sits at the smaller end, while older software and two-way sync take longer. Projects start from $1,000, and you receive a written scope and quote before work begins.
It need not, provided the connection is designed carefully. We use access keys limited to what the link needs, store them outside the code, send data over encrypted connections and keep a log of what moved and when. Where a vendor cannot support that standard, we say so before building anything.
There are usually still options. Many older products provide file exports, scheduled reports or database access, and these can feed an automated link. If a tool offers none of these, we explain the choices plainly, which may include replacing that one tool instead of building a workaround around it.
