Portal development in Abbotsford replaces the email chains, shared folders and phone tag that slow a growing organization down. We build secure, role-based portals where growers, clients, members and staff each sign in and see only what is theirs.
Stop making people phone to ask where things stand.
Growing groups hit the same wall. Orders arrive by email, documents hide in someone's drive, and the person who knows the status is out on a job site or in a packing shed. Staff spend their mornings replying to are-you-there messages instead of doing the work, and nobody can say who approved what last month.
We have built portals for exactly these situations. The BC Blueberry Council portal serves 600+ registered growers through three role-based logins for growers, packers and admins. The Uptown Med Spa franchise ordering portal moves each order through five stages, from submission to fulfillment. We start by mapping how your work really flows, then build only the screens that flow needs.

PROBLEMS WE SOLVE OFTEN
Sound familiar?
What local owners tell us is going wrong, and what we do about it.
01
Customers keep phoning to ask where their order is
WHAT WE DO ABOUT ITA signed-in status page shows each order's stage, with an email alert at every change.
02
Staff can open files that only managers should see
WHAT WE DO ABOUT ITPermissions are set by role and by organization, so each person's view is limited to what they need.
03
Approvals stall because the request sits in someone's inbox
WHAT WE DO ABOUT ITRequests move through set steps with named approvers, reminders for anything waiting and a visible history.
04
Off-the-shelf software forces you to change how you work
WHAT WE DO ABOUT ITWe design the workflow around your process first, then build the portal to match it.

A portal is a private area of a website where people sign in to do things: place orders, upload documents, check progress, book or pay. If you keep answering the same status questions, or sending sensitive files by email, a portal probably saves you time. If a few shared folders cover it, you may not need one yet, and we will tell you so.
Every person signs in with their own account. Role-based permissions limit each user to the records they should see, data is scoped to each organization or location, and audit logs record key actions. We explain these choices in plain language, so you know who can see what before anything goes live.
Yes. Besides the BC Blueberry Council portal and the Uptown Med Spa franchise ordering portal, we built NDT Pilot, an inspection platform with 12 connected workflow stages, and AIOMP Hub, our own client platform here in Abbotsford, which gives four groups their own role views.
Scope drives both. Projects start from $1,000 and hourly work is $50 to $99. After a discovery session we give a fixed estimate for the first phase, and larger portals arrive in stages with a working demo every two weeks, so you see progress early and can steer it.
