Nothing matches that search.
General
6 questionsYou will find us at 32615 South Fraser Way #104-07 in Abbotsford, BC, with a second office in Chilliwack. We work with businesses throughout the Fraser Valley, from Langley out to Hope.
Yes. The valley is our focus, but we also serve clients elsewhere in BC and beyond. Video calls cover most of the work, and we meet in person when it helps.
GEO (generative engine optimization) and AEO (answer engine optimization) get your business named by AI tools and shown in answer boxes, on top of your regular Google rankings.
Both work. Plenty of owners begin with a single service, like Google Ads or a website rebuild, then add more once they see how it performs.
Reports arrive on a regular schedule and measure the goals set in your plan. A named account lead goes through each one with you.

Google and AI search
7 questionsExpect early movement in about three to four months. Crowded searches, like a plumber in Abbotsford, usually need six to twelve months. Oxyderm Laser Clinic saw website traffic climb 30% in its first three months with us.
We start with a technical audit and keyword research, then handle on-page fixes, local SEO and your Google Business Profile, new content and link earning. Each month you get a performance report.
Local SEO puts you on the map, literally: when someone in Abbotsford or Chilliwack searches for what you sell, you show up in the map results. The work covers your Google Business Profile, reviews, location pages and matching business listings.
No, and be wary of anyone who says yes: Google decides rankings, not an agency. What we commit to is the work itself, a clear record of what we did each month, and honest reporting on rankings, traffic and leads.
It helps tools like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity find your business, understand what you do and name you in their answers. The groundwork is clear service pages, structured data, matching business details, reviews and content that answers real customer questions.
They do. The number of reviews, your star rating and how recent they are all feed into local rankings, and they sway whether a searcher clicks. We set up an easy, repeatable way to ask customers. Oxyderm picked up more than 50 new Google reviews.
Not when the move is planned properly. We list every old URL, add 301 redirects, hold on to the pages that already rank, and watch Search Console closely after launch.
Paid ads
5 questionsGoogle Ads catches people at the moment they search for what you sell. Meta, which covers Facebook and Instagram, puts you in front of people who are not looking yet but match your area and interests. Most local businesses begin with Google, then add Meta to build awareness and win back visitors.
That comes down to what a click costs in your market and how many leads you want. Before launch we work it out from keyword and audience data, so the expected cost per lead is on the table before you spend anything.
Clicks can begin within days of approval. Expect the first few weeks to be a learning phase, as the ad platforms and our team fine-tune targeting, bids and creative.
ROAS stands for return on ad spend: the revenue you earn for each dollar you put into ads. Olive Tree Aesthetics in Abbotsford saw 3x ROAS on its paid social campaigns with us.
Yes. Retargeting puts your ads in front of people who already visited your site or interacted with your content, and it is often one of the cheapest ways to bring interested visitors back.
Social & content creation
4 questionsFacebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. We will point you to the few where your customers actually spend time instead of spreading you thin.
Yes. We produce the posts, reels, stories, short videos, photos, graphics and captions, all mapped out in a monthly content calendar.
Yes. We find creators, sign them up, run the campaign and report on how it performed.
Yes. We build your campaigns, newsletters and automatic follow-up emails, and link them to your CRM whenever that is possible.
Websites & e-commerce
4 questionsWordPress is our main tool, with Shopify for online stores and Squarespace when it fits the business. Custom web apps and portals are separate custom builds.
Yes. We design for phones first, then test against Google’s Core Web Vitals, which cover load speed, responsiveness and layout stability.
Yes. We set up your product listings, the checkout, payment options and shipping rules, then bring in shoppers through SEO and ads.
Yes. We hold on to whatever is already earning search traffic, rework the design and copy around your goals, and take care of the move to the new site.
Brand, media & trade-show help
3 questionsA new logo, colour palette and typefaces, plus a defined tone of voice, brand guidelines and the everyday templates your team uses. It is applied across your website, social channels and print.
Yes. Our in-house media team plans, shoots and edits photo and video for your website, social feeds and ads, from food and venues to clinics and products.
Yes. We plan how you show up, design the booth graphics and printed pieces, and market the event before and after it happens. The BC Blueberry Council is one of the clients we do this for.
AI, automation & client portals
4 questionsWe build AI agents, chat assistants, GPT integrations and marketing automation. They answer enquiries, screen leads and send follow-ups at any hour, even when your office is closed.
Yes. Examples we have delivered: AIOMP Hub, our own client hub; NDT Pilot; the franchise ordering portal for Uptown Med Spa; and the member portal for the BC Blueberry Council.
Every user signs in with their own account, and role-based permissions limit people to what they should see. Records are separated by organization or location, and key actions are written to audit logs.
No. AI takes the repetitive jobs, like first replies, data entry and reminders, which leaves your people more time for the customers in front of them.
Costs & how we work with you
5 questionsThe price follows the work involved. Projects can begin at $1,000, while hourly work is billed at $50–$99. For monthly plans we review your current marketing for free, then quote.
A seasoned marketing manager from our team who works with you part of the week. They take charge of your plan, keep every channel pulling the same way and report back to you, at a lower cost than a full-time employee.
Each month you receive a report on traffic, rankings, leads and ad results, plus our plan for the month ahead. AIOMP Hub also lets you follow requests, files and approvals as they move.
In person, on video, or by email and chat, whichever you prefer. You will have one named contact the whole way.
Call us or send the project form. We begin with a free look at your current marketing, agree on goals together, then send a proposal with scope, timeline and cost.
Advanced
10 questionsWe configure Google Tag Manager first, then GA4 events and key events, call and form tracking, and Google Ads conversions with enhanced conversions turned on. Every lead can then be traced back to its source.
It relays each visitor’s cookie choices to your Google tags. Google requires it for ads shown to people in the EEA and UK, and Quebec’s Law 25 calls for consent before tracking cookies in Canada. We install it with a consent banner where one is needed.
Instead of relying on the visitor’s browser, your server sends the conversion data itself, so less is lost to ad blockers and browser privacy settings. Meta’s Conversions API works this way.
UTM tags, GA4 attribution reports and, where we can, your CRM data let us follow each lead from the first click through to the booking or sale.
A snippet of code that spells out for search engines and AI tools what a page covers: your business, services, reviews, FAQs and locations. It can qualify you for rich results in search.
Google’s page-experience checks. Largest Contentful Paint times how fast the main content loads (2.5 seconds or less is good), Interaction to Next Paint tracks how quickly the page responds (200 ms or less), and Cumulative Layout Shift tracks how steady the layout stays (0.1 or less).
Every location has its own Google Business Profile and its own page, and the name, address and phone number match everywhere they appear. You see results for each location and for the whole network.
Yes. Each translated page carries the right hreflang tags, so Google can show every visitor the version in their language. For instance, the BC Blueberry Council portal comes in 11 languages.
Yes. We are a HubSpot partner. Forms, ads and email feed into HubSpot or another CRM, so every lead arrives in one place with its source noted.
Yes. Landing pages, forms and ads all get tested, one change at a time, and the stronger version stays live.
Custom software & apps
8 questionsWhat you pay depends on features, integrations and platforms. We hold a discovery session first, then give you a fixed estimate for phase one, so you know the cost before work begins. Projects start from $1,000.
A first version (MVP) is often ready in 8 to 12 weeks. Bigger platforms are released in phases, and you see a working demo every two weeks.
Go native if you need phone features, offline use or a listing in the app stores. A web app opens in any browser and costs less to maintain. We advise based on who your users are and what you can spend.
You do. Once the work is finished and paid for, the code, designs and accounts are all yours.
Yes. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement before you tell us anything about the project.
Yes. First we audit the code and its architecture, then tell you whether it should be maintained, improved or modernized.
Yes. Support plans cover fixing bugs, applying updates, monitoring and making improvements, with response times agreed up front.
We build to OWASP practices, apply role-based access and encryption, and plan around Canadian privacy requirements from the start.
