Rules, access and records that keep AI use under your control.
AI governance means deciding who may use AI, on what information, and who answers for the result. We turn those decisions into plain rules, working controls and a routine your team can follow, and we work alongside your lawyer where the law is involved.

PROBLEMS WE SOLVE OFTEN
What AI governance settles before AI touches customer data
Rules on paper are not enough if nobody can see what the tools are doing. These four worries cover people, access, data and attack, with what we do and what changes.
01
“We wrote an AI policy once and nobody follows it.”
WHAT WE DOWe cut the policy down to what people actually need: approved tools, information that never goes in, and who checks the output. Then we run a session using examples from your own work and repeat it when tools change.WHAT CHANGESStaff have a few rules they can recall and apply, not a document filed and forgotten.
02
“I cannot say who can do what with AI, or what it did.”
WHAT WE DOWe give each assistant its own account with only the permissions its job needs, switch on logging of every request, tool call and approval, and decide who reads the logs and how often.WHAT CHANGESWhen something odd happens, you can see what ran, who approved it and what it touched.
03
“Where does the information we type into these tools actually end up?”
WHAT WE DOWe read each vendor's data terms with you and record where information is stored, whether it is kept or used to train models, and who can see it. Tools that break your rules are switched off or replaced.WHAT CHANGESYou can say where customer information goes, and tools that mishandle it are out.
04
“Someone could trick our chatbot into revealing things it should not.”
WHAT WE DOWe test your assistants with hostile messages and booby-trapped documents, a risk called prompt injection. Then we narrow what each can read and do, keep secrets out of its instructions, and require approval for actions that matter.WHAT CHANGESA tricked assistant can reach only what you allowed, so the harm it can do is limited.
WHY IT MATTERS
Once AI touches customer information, it needs rules.
A free chatbot account, a browser extension that summarizes email, an add-on inside your accounting package: AI arrives in small ways, often before anyone has decided anything. Each can see something, whether a customer's name, a price list or a staff file. Governance means knowing which tools are in use, what each can see, and who answers if one goes wrong.
Two kinds of risk matter. The first is familiar: private data pasted into the wrong place, or kept by a vendor longer than you would choose. The second is newer: a message, web page or file written to trick an assistant into ignoring its instructions, known as prompt injection. We set limits, tests and records for both, and the more an assistant can do, the tighter its permissions get.
SIGNS IT'S TIME FOR HELP
Staff use free AI accounts you have not seen
A chatbot or agent can reach customer records
A client asks how you handle AI and you have no answer
BENEFITS
What AI governance gives a business that uses AI
How things look once the marketing is done right.
✓01
Rules people can follow
A short policy, an approved-tools list and worked examples replace guesswork, so staff know what they may enter and who reviews what AI produces.
✓02
Access that fits each job
Each person and each assistant gets only the permissions its role needs, which keeps one mistake or stolen login from reaching everything.
✓03
A record you can show
Written rules, vendor notes and logs give you something concrete for a customer, an insurer or your lawyer who asks how personal information is handled.
✓04
Safer chatbots and agents
Narrow permissions, tested instructions and approval steps mean a tricked or mistaken assistant reaches less, though no control removes every risk.
We review your site, search presence, ads and nearby competitors, then show you what helps and what holds you back.
02
Plan
A written plan covering where to show up, what to spend and the numbers we will be measured on.
03
Create & launch
Designers, developers, writers and ad managers on one team, working from our Abbotsford studio.
04
Measure & grow
Regular reports and steady tuning, so your budget keeps shifting toward what brings in customers.

The price depends on how many AI tools, connected systems and staff are involved, so we quote after a short conversation. Pricing starts at $1,000 for a project, or $50 to $99 per hour for hourly work. A team with a few approved tools needs less than a business whose assistants act across several systems. Scope and price go in writing first.
Ordinary cybersecurity still matters, but it does not cover everything. It protects accounts, devices and networks, and our cybersecurity services start there. AI adds questions it never raised: what a tool was shown, where that went, and whether text it reads can steer it. Traditional software does exactly what its rules say, while an AI system can be influenced by what it reads, so its permissions need to be tighter.
Prompt injection is when text in a message, web page or file tricks an AI assistant into ignoring its instructions. It cannot be removed completely today, so we limit the damage instead. We give assistants narrow permissions, keep sensitive material out of their instructions, test them with hostile examples and require a person's approval before anything important happens.
No, we do not give legal advice, and we are not a law firm. We map which personal information your AI tools touch, record where it goes and write practical rules, then work alongside your lawyer or accountant on what the law requires. PIPEDA and British Columbia's PIPA cover personal information, and CASL covers commercial messages, so those are the usual starting points.
