PROBLEMS WE SOLVE OFTEN
What owners worry about with AI customer service
Putting AI in front of your customers is a trust decision. Each card below states a worry in an owner's own words, then what we do about it and what changes.
01
“I don't want a bot telling customers something wrong in my name.”
WHAT WE DOWe limit the agent to answers found in the pages and documents you approve. If it cannot find support for an answer, it says so and offers a person. Before launch we test it on real questions from your inbox, the awkward ones included.WHAT CHANGESCustomers hear only what you have approved, and gaps show up before a customer finds them.
02
“Customers hate being stuck in a loop with a machine.”
WHAT WE DOA customer can ask for a person at any point, and the agent also steps aside when someone sounds upset or the request is outside its remit. The handoff carries a short written summary so nobody repeats themselves.WHAT CHANGESNobody is trapped, and your staff start with the story already written down.
03
“Our customer records are private, and I can't risk a leak.”
WHAT WE DOWe give the agent the smallest access its job needs, usually read-only, and keep personal details out of logs where we can. We check how the model provider handles data, then review your duties under PIPEDA and BC's PIPA alongside your lawyer.WHAT CHANGESYou know what the agent can see, where it is stored and who answers for it.
04
“Once it goes live, I'll never know what it says to people.”
WHAT WE DOEvery conversation is logged. On a schedule we agree, we read a sample with you: chats customers rated poorly, questions it could not answer and any handoffs. Then we correct the wording, the content or the rules behind each miss.WHAT CHANGESProblems are caught by reading, not by complaints, and the agent improves from real use.
WHY IT MATTERS
Quick answers still need a person behind them.
Customers usually write in with ordinary questions: where is my order, can I move my appointment, what are your hours, is this covered. Say a physiotherapy clinic in Chilliwack gets the same dozen messages every morning. An AI customer service agent reads each message, finds the answer in your approved content, and where you allow it, checks a record or makes a small change such as rebooking.
An agent can be wrong, so we limit what it may do. Refunds, cancellations and anything involving money stay with your staff and your accounting software, which behave the same way every time. We label the agent as AI, log each conversation, and keep personal details to what the task needs, in line with PIPEDA and BC's PIPA, alongside your lawyer.

BENEFITS
What AI customer service can do for a small team
How things look once the marketing is done right.
✓01
Answers outside office hours
People who write in the evening or on a weekend get a useful reply, and your team starts the next morning with a tidy list instead of a pile.
✓02
More time for harder cases
Routine lookups and repeat questions are handled first, which leaves your people room for conversations that need care, judgement or a human voice.
✓03
One consistent voice
The agent follows a tone guide you approve, so customers get the same polite, clear wording whatever day or hour they write.
✓04
Questions you can learn from
Conversation logs show what customers keep asking, which tells you what to fix on your website, in your pricing page or in your process.

COMPARISON
AI Customer Service Agents, with our help or on your own.
With our teamWithout✓Uses picked to fit how you work✕Generic chatbots✓Plugged into your site, email inbox and CRM✕Copy-paste between tools✓A person steps in when it matters✕Customers left talking to a bot✓Protected data and controlled access✕Unclear data handling
A chatbot answers questions and hands over, while a customer service agent can also resolve some requests by acting in your systems, inside permissions you set. For example, it can look up a booking and move it, or send a confirmation. That extra reach needs more testing and tighter limits, so we add actions one at a time. If you only need answers on your website, a chatbot is the simpler choice.
Most businesses end up using both, because they do different jobs. A help desk is traditional software: it logs every request, assigns it to a person and behaves the same way each time, which is what you want for records and accountability. The agent sits in front of it, handles first replies and routine lookups, and opens a ticket when a person is needed.
The agent is built to stop and hand over, not to push on. It escalates when it cannot find support for an answer, when the customer asks for a person, or when the message sounds angry or touches a topic you have marked off limits. Mistakes are still possible, so we review a sample of conversations with you and correct the wording or content behind them.
Our published rates are projects from $1,000 and $50 to $99 per hour, and the quote depends on how many topics and systems the agent covers. Running costs depend on usage, because language model providers and chat or phone platforms usually charge by the amount used. We explain the likely running costs before you commit, and you can start with a few topics and widen later.
