Support for mental health and wellness, helping people grow more resilient, restore balance and live more healthily.
Speaker Canada works from Vancouver, and it came to us with three aims: a higher profile for the brand, a bigger base of clients and sign-ups, and stronger engagement with what it publishes. Mental health support is rarely chosen on a first visit. People read, watch and wait before they reach out, so the task went beyond driving traffic. It meant offering useful content, a reason to stay in touch by email and a social presence that earned a follow, until people felt ready to sign up.
Someone looking for mental health support is often doing it privately, and in their own time. They skim articles, notice who stands behind a service and may follow on social media long before sending a message. A steady, gentle tone builds more trust than a sales pitch. Because ad platforms limit the targeting options for health topics, search, email and social usually carry more of the load than paid ads, and every channel needs the same careful voice.

Challenges we see
in Healthcare & clinics
- 01
I search “physio near me” and my own clinic isn’t on the first screen.
WHAT WE DO ABOUT ITWe rebuild your Google profile, then give every service and clinic its own page, so Maps shows you for the treatment someone typed. - 02
Patients phone, reach voicemail and book with the next clinic.
WHAT WE DO ABOUT ITOnline booking, tap-to-call and a short enquiry form on every page, so a patient can book at 9 pm without waiting on the front desk. - 03
One wrong line in an ad could break my college’s advertising rules.
WHAT WE DO ABOUT ITWe write ads and pages to your regulator’s standards, keep claims plain and factual, and send each draft for your sign-off before anything goes live. - 04
The practice across town has far more reviews than we do.
WHAT WE DO ABOUT ITA simple request after each visit by text or email, plus a routine for answering reviews without ever sharing patient details.
A higher profile, more clients and sign-ups, and livelier engagement. For a Vancouver service focused on mental health and wellness, that meant being easy to find, earning attention with content people choose to read, and gradually moving readers on to inquiries and sign-ups.
Search optimization and content do the pulling in, targeted ads reach chosen audiences, email stays in contact with people who have signed up, and social media management gives followers regular reasons to engage.
From its Clutch review: website visitors, 2×; inquiries and sign-ups, 3×. It also mentioned a bigger social following, livelier posts and branding that stays the same across channels. The work continues, and the figures are Speaker Canada’s alone.
They can, where people need time and trust before reaching out, as many wellness, counselling and health practices find. Results hinge on your audience, what you offer and how much you can publish. We would start by reviewing your current position, then propose a plan without promising an outcome.
