- Marketing for a custom apparel, screen printing and embroidery company.

Cream Energy Group makes custom apparel, with screen printing, embroidery and graphic design.
Cream Energy Group makes custom apparel, offering screen printing, embroidery and graphic design. Its work is visual by nature, yet a buyer cannot judge a print or a stitch from a list of services. CEG wanted to show the full range of its custom apparel and print work online, bring in more business and team orders, and have content that shows finished products. That made the website and the camera equally important: the site had to present the range clearly, and photography and video had to show what the finished pieces actually look like.
Custom apparel is often bought by a business, a sports team, a school or an event organizer rather than a single shopper. These buyers usually want to see real finished pieces, understand the difference between screen printing and embroidery, and get a sense of turnaround before they ask for a quote. Many orders come back each season or with every new hire, so a clear portfolio and easy reordering matter as much as being found. Photos and short videos of finished work do much of the selling.

Three things: to show the range of its custom apparel and print work online, to bring in more business and team orders, and to have content that shows finished products. For a company offering screen printing, embroidery and graphic design, the finished garment is the clearest proof of quality, so the work centres on showing it well.
Ongoing marketing across three areas: a website with a product showcase, product photography and video, and social content. The website presents the range of apparel and decoration options, the photography and video capture finished pieces, and the social content puts that work in front of the people who order for businesses and teams.
Results are being documented, and figures will be added once they are confirmed with the client. Until then, we are not publishing any numbers for this project. The engagement is ongoing, and it will be judged against the goals it was set up for, including more business and team orders.
Most print and embroidery shops sell on what their finished work looks like, so a showcase site with real product photos and steady social content is a sensible base. The details depend on who you sell to, which products you want more of and how buyers find you today. We would talk that through with you first, and we would not promise a particular volume of orders.
More work with results like these.
