Mental health and wellness support that helps people build resilience, find balance and lead healthier lives.
Speaker Canada offers mental health and wellness support from Vancouver, helping people build resilience, find balance and lead healthier lives. Its goals were greater brand visibility, more clients and sign-ups, and better engagement. In this field, being seen is only the first step: people tend to read, follow and compare for a while before they feel ready to sign up. So the work had to do more than send visitors to the website. It had to give them useful content to read, a reason to join an email list and a social presence worth following, so that visibility could turn into inquiries over time.
People looking for mental health and wellness support often search privately and take their time. They read articles, look at who is behind a service and follow along on social media before they reach out. Trust grows from calm, helpful content far more than from promotion. Ad platforms also restrict how health topics can be targeted, so organic search, email and social tend to carry more of the load, and the tone has to stay careful in every channel.

Challenges we see
in Healthcare & clinics
- 01
I search “physio near me” and my own clinic isn’t on the first screen.
WHAT WE DO ABOUT ITWe rebuild your Google profile, then give every service and clinic its own page, so Maps shows you for the treatment someone typed. - 02
Patients phone, reach voicemail and book with the next clinic.
WHAT WE DO ABOUT ITOnline booking, tap-to-call and a short enquiry form on every page, so a patient can book at 9 pm without waiting on the front desk. - 03
One wrong line in an ad could break my college’s advertising rules.
WHAT WE DO ABOUT ITWe write ads and pages to your regulator’s standards, keep claims plain and factual, and send each draft for your sign-off before anything goes live. - 04
The practice across town has far more reviews than we do.
WHAT WE DO ABOUT ITA simple request after each visit by text or email, plus a routine for answering reviews without ever sharing patient details.
Three things: greater brand visibility, more clients and sign-ups, and better engagement. For a Vancouver organization that supports people’s mental health and wellness, that meant being easier to find, earning attention with content people actually want to read, and turning that attention into inquiries and sign-ups over time.
Since January 2024, we have run SEO and content marketing, targeted ad campaigns, email marketing and social media management for Speaker Canada. Search and content bring people in, ads reach specific audiences, email keeps the conversation going with people who have signed up, and social media gives followers a regular reason to engage.
As reported by the client in their Clutch review: 2× website visitors and 3× inquiries and sign-ups. The client also noted more social followers, higher engagement on posts and consistent branding across channels. Todd Bowen, Senior Marketing Expert, summed it up in that review: “Overall, their work has been excellent.”
Content, search, email and social suit services where people need time and trust before they get in touch, which describes much of the wellness field. How well the mix works depends on your audience, your services and how much you can publish. We would review where you stand today before suggesting a plan, and we would not promise a set outcome.
