- CAMPAIGN
- A 6-month campaign that paired pay-per-click advertising with website optimization.

A medical spa offering medical-grade facials, Botox, dermal fillers and laser hair removal.
Uptown Med Spa wanted paid search to work harder. The goals were easy to state: a bigger flow of leads out of Google Ads, and more value from each advertising dollar. Those aims can pull against each other, since spending more buys more leads without improving the return. Getting both meant the ads had to reach people searching for one specific treatment, and the page they landed on had to make an inquiry easy. That is why ads and website were treated as a single job across the six months.
Injectables and laser treatments are searched by name, so a med spa bids against its neighbours for words like Botox, fillers and laser hair removal. Platforms apply extra rules to prescription treatments, and an ad that is rejected or restricted costs time as well as money. After the click, visitors weigh a few clinics against each other on cost, credentials and how soon a consultation is available. For a spa with several locations, the landing page should also show the nearest one at a glance.

Every clinic here offers the same menu, so we end up competing on discounts.
WHAT WE DO ABOUT ITWe pinpoint what sets you apart, your injector, technology or care, and build pages around it instead of a price cut. - 02
Meta or Google keeps rejecting my injectable and laser ads.
WHAT WE DO ABOUT ITWe write to each platform’s health and cosmetic policies, keep wording and imagery inside the rules, and appeal when a good ad is flagged. - 03
Clients book a first appointment and never rebook.
WHAT WE DO ABOUT ITReminder texts, follow-up emails timed to each treatment’s healing and top-up cycle, and simple packages that make the second visit easy. - 04
Nobody finds my injectable or laser pages on Google.
WHAT WE DO ABOUT ITOne page per treatment, written around the question people type, with common worries answered and a booking button always in reach.
What we used.
Bring in more leads through paid search, and get more value from the advertising budget. For a spa selling a mix of injectables, laser and facial treatments, that meant reaching people already searching for a particular treatment and making sure the website turned those clicks into inquiries instead of lost visits.
Two jobs ran together: managing the Google Ads account, and optimizing the website for conversions. Changing both at once meant every tweak to an ad or a page could be judged against one question, which was whether it brought in more leads.
Lead volume rose 45% and advertising return on investment rose 350%, the results as published for Uptown Med Spa. Together they describe ads that brought in more enquiries while earning back more of what was spent on them.
It can, especially if you already pay for Google Ads but few of those clicks become consultations. A clinic in Abbotsford, Mission or Chilliwack has different competitors, treatments and budgets, so we would not promise matching numbers. An audit of the ad account and the site comes before any proposal.
