 Client Obligations

When entering into a service agreement with All In One Marketing Pro, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver services effectively.
• Maintain timely communication and respond promptly to requests or updates related to your project.
• Adhere to the payment terms outlined in your agreement and remit payments on time.

Billing and Payment Terms

• All pricing, fees, and payment structures will be clearly outlined in a written agreement prior to the commencement of services.
• Late or delinquent payments may result in a suspension or termination of services. Late payments may also incur additional surcharges as specified in your agreement.
• Payments must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in your service agreement.

Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

• All original content, creative work, methodologies, and other assets developed by All In One Marketing Pro remain the intellectual property of the Company unless a separate written agreement explicitly transfers ownership.
• Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the deliverables solely for their intended purpose. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our work is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality

Both the client and All In One Marketing Pro agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive, proprietary, or non-public information shared during the course of collaboration. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, financial data, and project details.

Performance Disclaimer

While we are committed to delivering high-quality services and achieving optimal results, we cannot guarantee specific performance metrics such as:

• Search engine rankings
• Conversion rates
• Sales outcomes

The success of our services depends on various external factors, including market conditions, competition, and client implementation, which are beyond our control.

Cancellation and Termination

• Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice 15 days before cancelling or pausing marketing services.
• Clients are required to settle any outstanding charges for work completed up to the termination date.
• Refunds for completed work or prepayments are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

Limitation of Liability

• All In One Marketing Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services in question.

Revisions to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, along with the date of the latest revision. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Legal Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Abbotsford, British Columbia.
